Alastair
I've been to this place a couple of times now and recommend it to anyone who likes oriental food. The prices are good and portions big. It's a good honest restaurant serving very tasty food
samstar999
Is their food full of MSG as is the Vietnamese Noodle Bar? I have been put off trying this new place as I can not eat at the VNB as the food is covered in this vile snot-like substance. Disgusting, which is a shame as when it first opened I loved it. Alastair
Do they have a website? I hade no idea what Vietnamese food is! No website. It's a bit like Chinese and a bit like Thai and uses a lot of surprising mixtures of hot, salty, sweet and sour elements combined with fresh ingredients quickly cooked. pippadoll
Good Vietnamese is utterly excellent, however if it is as described by samstar999 then it is truly vile. The best Vietnamese food is not gloopy, but fresh. The two old Vietnemase places on London round are no-go areas for me. I have had two really outstanding Vietnamese meals, one in Islington and one ant Monsieur Viong in Berlin. I will give this ago; great name Pho. It is my Haikoo pet's favourite food. samstar999
Pippadoll - if you do try Pho, let us know about the gloop factor! I find a lot of those places on London Road (chinese/vietnamese/other) are often very grim in that regard.

Totoro
I noticed this new place a while ago, as I was walking on London Rd. I'm half French, half Vietnamese and been in Sheffield for 3 years, and never found a good vietnamese restaurant serving real traditional vietnamese dishes (Phô, bo-bun, ban cuon...). Hope this one does. Guess I'm going to try it before going with friends.
