Chance to win a ticket for the Queens Diamond Jubilee Concert

Recommended Posts

Shirley Bassey, Alfie Boe, Jools Holland, Jessie J, JLS, Elton John, Tom Jones, Lang Lang, Annie Lennox, Madness, Paul McCartney, Cliff Richard and Ed Sheeran.

Well there's a few I'd like to see but not many. Cliff Richards, I'd sooner stick pins in my eyes...I only want to see the last one out of curiosity...

What a gonadic line up. Who the hell is 'Lang Lang'?

One thing I don't think was fair is that the bid to print the tickets went to the US, why didn;t they just take bids inside the UK, England for that matter, makes no sense :farming out a big job like that

I'm not sure how you can apply "fairness" to a business decision.

I do find it odd that a bid which involves shipping the entire thing 4,000 miles across the world, doing the work there and then shipping it all the way back, is still cheaper than doing it in our own back yard. That must say something about the costs of doing business in Britain.
