Carmen. Â Â 14 #4 Posted October 7, 2014 I'm vegetarian and I wish one wouldn't be so pitying. Unfortunate indeed. I'm healthier than a lot of carnivours.
 Share this content via...

steve68 Â Â 66 #7 Posted July 15, 2015 I decided to stop eating meat 2 weeks ago and have lost weight in that time. I must admit I'm struggling to find food that I fancy to eat has anyone got any tasty recipes ? Â I gave up meat over 15 years ago, it really depends on what sort of foods you like, the Chinese stores stock good alternatives to meat products as do a lot of store nowadays. Â But it all depends on what you like? Â I like a lot of Indian dishes that can be done in large stock pots, that I can eat over a few days or pig out for the day. Â Also Mexican food refined beans and veg in a tortilla or two.
 Share this content via...
