Ridgehill Ave is only closed at the top end, not the school end.

I am going to a fancy dress party for new years eve. The theme is movie characters so i've decided to go as Satine from Moulin Rouge, however the costumes are just too expensive so i've decided (perhaps unwisely) to make my own. Any help from fellow crafters would be much appreciated as i go along.
