yes all done by properly by corgi plumber had ferroli out to change pcb board before did not say any thing was wrong with pipe work then but now saying it crossed contacted installer who says he very much doubts that

back boiler but it was all ripped out every thing was new when fitted i did not think that was problem

i am having problems with my hot water on my boiler. works some times and not others been installed for 8 months had some one out who said flow and return are crossed to boiler but heating works fine had new radiators and thermo valves fitted any ideas rung ferroli but they will not come out if pipes are crossed is it possible that will be causing hot water not work
