hello all, i am still struggling with my emac g4 with getting it running i have been on a few forums about forgoten passwords and i thought i had got it sorted, after a few attempts i got past the password window and got a little coloured spinning circle, the i got a welcome screen with all the music with all the welcome languages then the black x then theres just a white screen then nothing it will not go past the white screen i think it needs a fresh wipe and install but i do not have the os as i have stated in my previous post .apple store meadowhall do not sell the tiger 1.4 so i am desperately in need of the os, also as i have stated before i am willing to pay for any help that i may recieve thanks in advance martyn

how do you do a fresh copy of the operating system ie compelte install on the apple emac?is ther a way to make the machine boot from disk ? thanks martyn

hi just had a emac gave to me for my son it works ok but there's no keyboard does it need a mac keyboard or will a windows keboard work ok ?
