does anybody know what execises i could do to stop my pubic bone from killing me im 6 month pregnant not very big but the baby is very low down ive asked my midwife and theres nothing they can do,i didnt have this with my last pregnancy it feels as though my belly is going to drop out any tips will be very helpful .im not blooming like u should and feel like crap all the time .cheers

i think that most bouncers are ******s all coked up and love trouble some of them shouldnt be allowed to work as bouncers. they suppose to be there to help
