I must have missed it them. Personally, I have never been eaten by rats and they have never even chewed me, but I bet that it is somewhat uncomfortable.

Rules like laws are made for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men. Some people are far better drivers than others and should regard the speed limits merely as a guideline. It does not matter if they speed just so long as they drive safely.

In medieval times when torture was common, the torturers would starve some rats for a period of time. They would then tie the man to be tortured to a rack and put the rats in a basin secured to the mans stomache. They only had one way out and were hungry too. That would be a gruesome way to die I guess.

Speed limits are merely a guide line. It is important that people drive safely, but as in all things, some are more competent than others and so can drive safely at higher speeds. So long as people know how fast they can drive safely , the speed limit is not so important.

It is amazing what a little public airing can do.

The sooner a powerful union goes on strike and shows the condems who the bosses really are the better! ONE OUT....ALL OUT!

I was not talking about them. I am merely stating clearly that the LEADER of the cons had to give back a lot of money to prevent prosecution. Being the leader tells us that he is what their party is all about, that is why they chose him. So their party is all about thieving money from the taxpayer AND privatising the NHS. Vote cons.....OUT!!!!!

I shall vote for whichever candidate is best for keeping the cons out. We cannot allow the NHS to be given to Camerons cronies and run privately. They would use our NHS as a tool to control us all. We must stop the cons at all cost. We must remember that Cameron had to pay a lot of money back in the expenses scandal to avoid prosecution. He is their LEADER...he is what they stand for. SAVE OUR NHS......vote the tories out!

I have always had self belief.

If they agreed to that then you had a verbal contract. The contract was that they would find the fault and give you an estimate for repair. They have not done this so have not carried out their part of the contract. You did not tell them that you would pay them to look at it and so owe them nothing.
