I have had exactly the same problem on my mk4 golf tdi, had a new convenience comfort module fitted and all good now, not too expensive either, have a look on ebay and youtube on how to fit it, hope this helps.

Leek and potato is a great one, spicy lentil and bacon ( fat removed ) cauliflower, are all favourites of mine.

I use a heavy gauge baking sheet and heat it up before i upturn the loaf onto it, pop in the oven, put cold water into a tray in the bottom of the oven to create a bit of steam and you should have a great crust, others may well have different ideas.

Thanks for that, yes it was just passed Rivelin, my parents called it Moscar top but they were probably mistaken.

Does anyone remember the swingboats at Moscar top ? must have been the early 60s when I was taken there as a little kid, would love to know more about them.

Was loading car up on Friday for a long weekend away when next door came round and said we had a Peahen on our roof, had a look and sure enough there it was, sort of whitish, someone must be missing it, would have posted sooner but only just got back home, in Swallownest area.

I may be wrong but I'm sure that I read somewhere that James Bolam wouldn't give his permission to show repeats, Rodney Bewes and he haven't spoken for years because of it.

Did this great idea ever get off the ground ?
