Why do people just wheelspin? it gets them nowhere

Did you know you have more rights when buying online rather than shopping on the high street? a few years ago they brought in what they call "the distance selling regulations" this was to give people more rights when purchasing online. when you buy in a shop you can touch, look and feel the product where as you cant online. this gives you the right to just send it back and get a refund.

Our social workers let my partners 12 year old stay with his dad who is a sex offender, me and my patrner have done nothing wrong!!!

We get trampled on over and over again, we have a bit of a winge then carry on regardless, its about time we stood up for ourselves instead of burying our heads in the sand!!!

Ok so 79p for a track from itunes 21p in europe. £6 for a dvd in USA £12 here, when are they going to balance the books? Why should our internet access be controlled? Surely its against human rights? Hi all i just joined facebook yesterday, i signed up for some groups etc, after an hour i got a message saying i had to re log in. and for security asked me to enter my mobile number and enter the code they would text me, i did this and put an incorrect number in. I re entered the correct number i got a text message from them and entered the code. They still wouldnt let me log in, i get a message saying i have tried to get too many codes try again later, ive only asked for 2 codes? ive left it 14 hours now and i still get the same message? im not bothered about the account i could open a new one its the spam emails im getting, i cant stop them until i can log in. i cant block them in my email either because there are too many different email addresses going into my email account. anyone any ideas, i dont want to change my email address either.

Be carefull BT are have a spate of capping your broadband speed, i know its just happened to me!! check your speed here click the yes button then the adsl box top left then add you landline number and click ok, it takes about 5 minutes to do a test, when its finished look what speed it gave you and also look what ip profile is set to. you can do the test here http://speedtester.bt.com ive had a full 8mb speed for 18 months on my current line, my ip profile was set at 7150 kbps, but a couple of weeks ago i noticed after a speed test it had dropped to 2000kbps (thats 2mb max speed) i live in rural area but am only 300 yards from the exchange im on option 3 bt broadband £27.40 per month there is no way im paying that for 2mb, after 2 weeks of ringing bt about my slow speed they eventually said there was a fault and sent an engineer to my house to do some tests, he did them and said nothing was wrong and there was no fault, when i did a speed test in front of him and showed him my ip profile had changed from 7150 down to 2000 he said straight away that bt were capping my speed, he went on to say that what they are doing is because theres not enough bandwidth on the exchanges what they are doing is instead of one person getting 8mb they are getting 4 people to have 2mb each,its not something they do at the exchange its done remotely from bt wholesale somewhere else, if you just browse web pages then you wouldnt notice the difference in speed, but im a believer in you get what you pay for so beware keep checking your speed or they will con you!! After 2 weeks of complaining they have now set my speed back to 8mb if tthis happens to you ask them to do a line reset.

We all say manufacturers are trying to keep prices down but all they seem to do is cut back on the amount you buy for the same price. Most places round and about have been selling advent calendars at 2 for £3, my little ones started theres today, when they opened the flap they were gutted at the size of the chocky, it was the size of my little finger nail!! i would have sooner paid a bit more for one but you cant, theres so much competition they are all cheap, and if you do find a dearer one they are still the same size, just a price rip off, what has it come to? in my day the chocks were the size of a 50p. Luckily my kids have got 2 advents each so £3 isnt cheap is it?

what im saying le maquis is 2 adults on minimum wage wouldnt get any tax credit anyway, if they had children then they wouldnt be able to work those hours the child care costs would be too high, something else and this is a real con is that the benefits agency say you will be better off if you work! well thats partly true, what happens is as you say they pay tax credits but only until the following tax year, then you get a letter saying youve been over paid and you dont get any, then you have to live on your minimum wage only, plus if you havent got childen then you cant get tax credits, and the benefits agency pay up to £100 per week in housing benefit and all your council tax all has to be paid out yourself when working.

what youve got to remember is the person on benefits of £437 a week is tax free thats net, in a job they would have to earn around £600 a week gross to take £437 home net. on your 40 hour week thats £15 an hour, so even if minimum wage was £8 an hour then a couple working 40 hours a week each would get about that amount

im not saying which party is better im saying why wont they tell us the truth, 30 million people get up for work in a morning and put there best effort in!!! why whats it all about then? so the company directors can take there 100ft yachts to monaco and park them in the harbour so they can watch the monoco f1 gp? you take aday off and your nearly sacked!!!

ive got a vectra thats worth around £400 to be honest they offered me £50 that was with 12 months tax and test, it was a joke!

i dont work at the moment so i get 365 days a year paid, pardon for my pun, where i used to work we got 25 days plus 8 which i think is normal, but one year after xmas hols the boss came and put a list up of that years entitlement, we were flabergasted, we were a european company, the workers in our foreign factories got 3 more days than us, it was because of there bank holidays, we told the boss it wasnt fair! he said he would check it out. he came back and made a feeble excuse that they got three extra days but had to work saturday mornings to make there hours up, what an excuse, when we asked if we could work 3 saturday mornings so we could have 3 extra days holidays, i think you know what he said, we get ripped off, a boss will only give you the minimum they have to, everyone is a slave!!!! a company only only thinks about itself, they always have and always will do, when you put that bit extra in for "the company" you very rarely get recognised for it, its not worth the bother.

when they annouced in the summer that all the races were going to sky they never told us it would be pay to view, perhaps if they did the contract wouldnt have gone through?

formula 1 is a british industry nearly all the teams have bases in the uk many share the same race track for testing, just because the car has a foreign name makes no difference, they are all based in the uk, its as british as a bacon and egg fry up or fish and chips, should never be taken away from us!!!

yes bladesman its going pay per view on sky its going to be like boxing!! there channel will be formula1hd and its pay to view, i reckon bernie ecclestone has either gone round the twist or got too greedy, hope it backfires on him, at least there are 9 live races on the bbc but the qualifiying will be only on bbc iplayer live. What about the 2013 season i reckon all of that will be on the sky pay to view channel and the bbc will have lost the lot, they never get anything back anyway. so for me its watch it on the internet free like europe do. i connect my pc to the tv,

shouldnt be allowed when they announced it was going to sky the bbc said they would sooner spend the money on wimbledon, whats that all about then 2 weeks out of 52, we get it shoved down our throats, F1 has 19 races over a 9 months period, F1 is the backbone of british sport, £145 a year to watch strictly come dancing, best part about it you miss your £13 tv licence payment and there down on you like a ton of bricks!!!

Have a look at this link, where does is our tv licence money going? I know F1 was going to sky next year and the bbc was showing some of the races live. Something more ive got to say is that its not just the jobs market its the under 24s themselves, i used to work in a sheet steel company, wages werent very good but it was good work, they stopped employing people under 21 because of there absenteeism and attitude to work, we got paid on thursdays and half the under 21s didnt turn in for work on friday. this left us short for any weekend work as well, so the company got rid of them one by one and employed people older!!

yes its forced slave labour, what your missing here is if the government did a proper job there woulnt be any unemployment!!!!! If i was to smash a shop window i would get community hours for being a criminal, its no offence being out of work, making you do forced labour is the same as community service, its no crime being out of work!!!
