    If you smoke in front of your kids, you increase the chance of getting them addicted, too. They assume smoking as casual and normal activity. They will follow your example. So think again, before you light a cigarette, will you allow them to smoke?

    Gardening services are a very rewarding job. Mowing lawns, pruning. Try the competition first, their prices, the quality of their services. Try to offer something better, find what most gardening services cannot offer, or at least didn't think of offering. Be unique, and success will follow.

    2 months' notice is what is required by law. Your landlord is the proprietor, so he/she may regains possession when needed. Now that you have signed for housing benefit, you have a good chance of finding better accommodation soon.

    Try to pack your belongings in same size boxes. Thus, there will be easy to carry and transport. Moving companies will be of great help, you need a hand in moving appliances or furniture. good luck with it.

    It depends. I had a friends that claimed housing benefit few years ago, but because she was receiving another social benefit, she didn't get it. Hope they have fixed this by now.
