Nagel   10 #71 Posted December 25, 2015 Amongst the best I've had were Jewish pork sausages.  I kid you not, they are made by a Jewish woman in the Cotswolds:  http://www.jewishnews.co.uk/its-kosher-bacon-meet-the-jewish-pig-farmer/  I used to travel down to the Cotswolds regularly and got a taste for them there, but they're also available online along with their whole range of high class meats.
