Called in at Premiere People Agency in Town earlier to see if they'd got the results of the online data entry test I did for them last week, they said my typing was good but not fast enough for a data entry job from them, my speed was 3570 words an hour and they want someone to do 6000! Rich Posted September 13, 2007 Author Share Posted September 13, 2007 Thing is though, I have RSA qualifications in word processing so I know I can type, in fact I was taught typing at an early age cos "they" said I'd never be able to do "joined up" writing as they called it! julado Posted September 13, 2007 Share Posted September 13, 2007 Crikey, Rich......that would be a solid hour at 100wpm - your speed of 60wpm is a good speed......I learned to type at school and first used my skills in 1972 and have been typing either for a living or for pleasure ever since.....and I don't think I could reach 100wpm.....I think I am comfortable at about the same rate as you. Most of the ones in Town have proven to me that they could no more get me a job than I could win tomorrow night's Euromillions draw!
