They seem to have only looked at what they consider to be the top 10 cities, and even though Sheffield is 5th in UK, 4th in England, it is once again overlooked by the BBC. Â I was wondering when someone would notice that! That was the original reason for the post. Personally I dont see why Dublin is in there! Its flippin Ireland!
