Only about 15 but freshers were popping in and out all night, they were selling beer in small paper cups for the queue to the union, they were doing quite well, which puzzled us why they chose to call it that early, not just calling last drinks, literally the end, finito. Carborundum Posted October 12, 2008 Share Posted October 12, 2008 Another one bites the dust - walked past the Sheldon pub off London Rd today - it was closed - it had a sign up saying de-licensed and freehold up for sale - guesss it will be demolished and flats built on the site now - sad really I remember doing karaoke in there ... and big celebs on when the Blades won !
