Anyone know where to get a massage?

I was just wondering if anyone knew where i could get a decent (not dodgy) massage?

Ideally in or around the city centre would be great,

Any thoughts?

There was a woman at the Whirlow Farm Fayre on Easter Monday who has a massage business in Sheffield but I haven't the leaflet to hand to tell you where it is. Someone else may know or I'll post tomorrow when I get back home.

You could always go to the 'massage parlour' up at attercliffe although im sure you might get a bit more than just a massage!

There's a lady at the Sheffield Clinic of Complimentary Medicine on Ecclesall Rd who does it, she's in her 50's, I think her name's Jackie. Don't know what the rates are, but she gives a mean massage. (She does the massages before patients see the chiropractors)

i cant believe it!!! just checked out the virgin spa and dont get me wrong, its great but i do the same makeup lessons and facials and all that as them and for free when you have a party!! shocked as i do the same and use the same stuff and have been properly trained, crazy.

I work at sport hallam (hallam unis gym, sport and rec services) and have a colleague who does massage. He's very good, profesional and doesnt do extras!

 

Do you have a particular problem or do you just need chilling out? A sports massage can be quite painfull at times as its fairly hard and works deep into the muscle. But it does do you body a lot of good. If you dont want it so hard like that then just say and he'll ease up on you.
