Get a window fan, put it in backwards so it's drawing in the cool night air and taking out the warm house air, close all windows except for the room you're sleeping in, that will drag in the cooler outside air for that room, also if your windows slide up&down, close the bottom window leaving the top one open, cooler air will come in the top window.  Sleep well, I have central AC:) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites Share this content via...
