if u can get a tram to gleadless townend there is the best Mexican place in the world ever there.

 

its so good (really) i just cant think of its name, no doubt, someone will know it however..

 

really, IMHO, u will not find anywhere with better food, and atmosphere than this place.

 

Can't agree with you I'm afraid... Calling Viva Tequila a Mexican restaurant is laughable. Garlic bread? Lasagne? Pizza? As with most Mexican restaurants in the UK, it isn't Mexican. It's an Italian restaurant that add fajitas, tortillas and a few Spanish dishes to the menu.

 

Having never been to Mexico, I don't think I can claim to know the location of "the best Mexican place in the world ever", but the best Mexican place I've eaten at was in San Diego.

However, I doubt Ryan's budget stretches that far!

Nearly every restaurant in San Diego is Mexican though, especially in the old town, and they are very good.
