MORRISONS HILLSBOROUGH INCIDENT UPDATE:

A man was reportedly "slashed" across the face with a knife following an altercation in the car park of Morrison's in Hillsborough, at around 6pm last night.

Police were called to the scene over reports that a man had been injured.

The victim, a 32-year-old man, was taken to hospital where he reportedly remains with serious injuries to his face, but none of his wounds are thought to be life-threatening.

Much of the car park was taped off by police until the early hours of October 19 following the incident.

I tend to agree if I'm honest.

In it wasn’t random. No-one was going around just slashing random member of the public.

I posted this in the other thread, but pretty much all stabbings are to do with drugs or gang retaliation. It's very rare that someone will go and stab a stranger for no reason. Any that do will most likely be due to mental health episodes.

Or terrorism. But you could argue indoctrination of an ideology that approves of such attacks is also a mental health issue.
