gamezone07
I made a complaint to SCC, had a telephone reply, he was very nice, and said good to complain and they are now taking on more C/S staff as a direct consequence of such ones, and of course it is a main source of revenue

All i can say is SCC please sort this out, how can we sort out arrears if people cant speak to you. I would suggest emailing them [with Urgent] or BCc to chief executive, everyone else you know of there. Or write an old fashioned letter by hand, sending Fao:Top Person [Special Delivery]
Anna B
Isn't this difficulty in contacting people by phone true of most companies these days? Trying to write down a problem in an email is not always possible, especially if it's complicated. It drives me mad. Once again we're being forced to do it 'their way' whether you like it or not. No wonder people give up.

Really? Yes this is a thing for BT landlines but never heard this as a "thing" for any mobile operator, who are you with?
