That's rather sad. If you don't mind sharing, where did you move to?

We’ve moved to a little bungalow in Derbyshire, we moved because of the terrible sad decline on and around Spotswood Close and the only people to blame is the council for not taking long-standing tenants into consideration when they allocate properties to certain tenants.

its awfull how they delegate housing, example they move rough tennants to nice areas, hoping they will get better, but it just makes the poor neighbour suffer, then theres the subletting, then theres just addresses to make out they live there, but they live with there girl or boyfriends, thus gets them a bigger income from the state, then theres ones that sublet to drug dealers for extra cash, they set on patch officers to visit every council home ,to help sort it,but they set the people on briefed them, then found out it was against the law,so they are still there ,to visit IF INVITED,most disputes cannot be sorted by them, been better to employ them as walking estate officers reporting things they see to the police, but easy option seems to be there way ie ruff/bad customer, move the innocent party ,often where they dont want to go.

The tenants that moved in were not trouble makers, they were just dirty, dropping litter and empty water bottles on the grassed areas, scrounging in the communal bins for usable stuff to sell, cooking outside over a colander, not a barbecue, washing just draped over veranda railings and left for a week. We looked after our home cleaned the windows every two weeks, fronts always swept and kept clean but these new tenants spilt rotting food outside our front door and NEVER cleaned it up.

You hear  this time and time again , those nutters in the housing do not care , report problems you get social workers saying these people have problems , those so called social workers don't give a dam that those problems are being passed on to you not the bloody councillers You ,
