Yes. All the symptons are there...think of her first thing in the morning, last thing at night. Feel giddy. The world loooks brighter. Butterflies in the stomach. Can't sleep. Find self smiling all the time.Feel it in my bones. Think about her all the time:) .

There is a quote in the film 'Gregory's Girl' that goes something like this:

"I can't sleep, I can't eat. I feel sick and dizzy. It's great" :D

Isn't there a theory that the state of being in love is a form of temporary insanity?

Personally, I thinks it's great :love:

Thanks, Draggle (may I call you that?), that hits the nail right on the head. I'm rather hoping it's not temporary:) . I think it's great too. (I can still eat though...:) )

'Course you can :) (Call me Draggle)

I remember when I first started going out with Mrs Draggle to be, I felt sick and dizzy, couldn't eat, took to going on long walks alone, started writing odd bits of poetry :roll: and had a photocopy of this poem by Shelley on the wall......

Love's Philosophy

The fountains mingle with the river,

And the rivers with the ocean;

The winds of heaven mix forever

With a sweet emotion;

Nothing in the world is single;

All things by a law divine

In another's being mingle--

Why not I with thine?

See, the mountains kiss high heaven,

And the waves clasp one another;

No sister flower could be forgiven

If it disdained its brother;

And the sunlight clasps the earth,

And the moonbeams kiss the sea;--

What are all these kissings worth,

If thou kiss not me?

Percy Bysshe Shelley

Bang goes any cred I may have had on here....... :hihi:

All the best with you and yours, Halibut :)
