Was the penalty incorrect then? None of the Bury players seemed to argue with it at the time, and as they were in the refs face over most decisions all day... Not seen any of the highlights yet though, so happy to accept if it was later shown to be incorrect.

Was definitely in the box albeit just. But I don't think it was a push. If anything our defenders have to be much stronger. And for a long time we've not had a presence in defence... Aside from Edgar. Think we need someone big and ugly.

 

As for Wednesday. The last goal conceded was a bit embarrassing.

Debates about these incidents are pretty pointless it's happened refs decision stands, you lost, move on.

 

The third goal for Burnley was in added on time with the points seemingly in the bag, so hardly embarrassing.

It looks like the defender had one foot on the line and the other outside the box. Surprised there wasn't a bigger protest from him.

No that's what I was initially looking for. I suppose it only highlights what we have to work on. I know I keep saying this but we certainly do need a stronger presence defensively. Another combative midfielder wouldn't go a miss too.
