loraward   10 #73 Posted April 20, 2015 He also said our past intervention in Libya contributed to a worse crisis there. I'm glad he's showing some compassion, even when you don't support a certain political party and their policies that shouldn't have to mean you entirely dismiss every opinion the party leader holds.  Now the question is what are the EU going to do about all those thousands of migrant deaths in the sea. They need to find a solution.Italy is a member country of the EU, they need some support urgently.  It will sort its self out, the more that arrive the faster our population will grow, as it grows our standard of living will fall, jobs will be harder to find and crime will increase, ghettos will grow and it will no longer be the land of milk and honey so they will stop coming. Right? RIGHT?
 Share this content via...

They need to figure out how to help themselves and make their countries better places to live.
 Share this content via...

Why is Nigeria like it is and not as good, if not better than somewhere like Saudi which oil, sand and very little else?
 Share this content via...

Dick   10 #80 Posted April 20, 2015 Wouldn't it be worthwhile putting advertisements and programs on TV channels in their own home countries showing these rickety boats sinking and that if they do make it to Europe it's not the Eldorado they think it is. But authorities fear that if numbers on this scale arrived, European cities could witness riots.
 Share this content via...
