I run round Abbeydale, Millhouses, Graves quite often and would always welcome a running partner. What's your aim? Getting quicker over short distances or running further? I want to improve both but I guess mainly distance. I ran 8.91KM this morning in 48 mins, my PB since breaking my ankle in the summer, woo!
