I run round Abbeydale, Millhouses, Graves quite often and would always welcome a running partner.  What's your aim? Getting quicker over short distances or running further?  Do you do the parkruns on Saturday mornings? I want to improve both but I guess mainly distance. I ran 8.91KM this morning in 48 mins, my PB since breaking my ankle in the summer, woo! I used to do park run at home a few years back...only issue is I work one of the weekend days and the other one on usually hungover from...priorities eh! Might try and go along soon though.
