Running Partner Required

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I'm a 22 year old female, looking for a recreational running partner in Sheffield.

Currently I'm running about 6.06Km in ~30mins. Want someone of similar ability/slightly fitter to help increase my fitness.

Would be great to hear from you,

Rosie

I live in S7, Sharrow. Just off Abbeydale Road :)

6k in 30 minutes is good going! I run round Abbeydale, Millhouses, Graves quite often and would always welcome a running partner.

What's your aim? Getting quicker over short distances or running further?

Do you do the parkruns on Saturday mornings? There fab for increasing speed.

Let me know

Hey! I want to improve both but I guess mainly distance. I ran 8.91KM this morning in 48 mins, my PB since breaking my ankle in the summer, woo! It wont let me message you on here because I am new to the Forum...what is your age and gender?

I'm guessing you either have a GPS tracking or a smart phone with such accurate distances.

31 year old boy here :P

Have you considered joining a club Rosie? Also, check out some of the local park runs on Saturday mornings.
