a. Whether the bike is a folding bike.

b. What time of day you arrive in London. (Rush hour is murder)

What times are you travelling? Providing it's not during the rush hour you can go on the railway service as per my earlier post 6.

Paul, the key question is what time are you travelling?

 

I sometimes walk to St Pancras from my office which takes about half an hour. Waterloo is about 20 minutes walk from my office in the other direction. At rush hour both of these are as quick to walk as to take a bus/taxi.

 

The National Rail option via London Bridge is file if it's off peak, but during peak hours you won't be allowed on a train with a full sized bike.
