Just been out walking and saw the sky light up several times. It was like sheet lightning.

Thunder right now, no lightening just the odd rumble.

Can hear it now, oh oh- walking to work in half an hour!!

So wish this went on all day. We've not had a proper thunder storm in years.

Loudest thunder I've ever heard in North Anston at 6am this morning. Got me out of bed quicker than any alarm clock. Annoying thing is I could've had a lie in this morning don't start work till 9

Finally it stops after nearly 2 hours. Damn I hate storms. Especially when they get me out of bed.
