*_ash_*   88 #28 Posted June 6, 2013 i get that from Bolton's persepective, but what i don't get is why the uproar about it - there isn't uproar when they advertise on sky, or itv, or radio hallam, or on the perimeter fence at Rochdale, so why the uproar just because they wanted to advertise on some football shirts  I suppose there might be a bit of poverty in Bolton, it didn't look great last time I went. They still get TV coverage so they can probably be a bit pickier with who they have on shirts.  Local voices can be powerful. My voice with the other ones are that I turn the volume down when any ads are on TV, I don't listen to Hallam because it plays crap music, and Rochdale probably have to take any advertising they can get.
