My reception was a bit dodgy this am around woodseats, 1 bar voice and 1g for data but fine here, might be a local cell issue?

I couldn't make a call whilst in S4 or S1. It would ring out but cut off almost straightaway.

I phoned Virgin who said there's currently a local problem with the Orange network, switch to T Mobile. I did so, could make calls, but have found they're still prone to cut out mid-call.

Yeah they are upgrading the 3G mass! After threatning to report this issue to Offcom. They have compensated my months bill. The calls seem to be working now. It has been a nightmare all day though.
