Somewhere to eat for a large group

Hi all,

 

I'm to the theatre for my 21st and then for something to eat, and I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend somewhere to eat in town. There's roughly about 35-40 of us and so I need somewhere that can house us all but is also reasonably price. I don't eat that much in town so my mind has gone blank.

Forget town, go to Pho68 or Amigos on London road.

We had our works Xmas meal at Strada in Leopald Square, Italian food. Think our party was about 25 but could house a bigger party. The food was beautiful and they were extremely organised for a large party. We pre-ordered our food with everyone's name next to what they ordered, when they bought the food out, they just called names out, which is much better than when they call the name of the dish out and nobody can remember what they ordered!!!!

Would definately recommend it, and I will def be going back there soon.

Might be worth making enquiries at Henry's bar. They have a seperate dining area upstairs and can probably arrange pre-orders.

There were some large groups in Mudcrab on Eccy Rd last night. Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere in there.

hi why not try akbars in rotherham the food is grate and they cater for large groups not that costly nither you would enjoy it

I went to Gentings Casino on Arundel Gate for the first time last Saturday. There were some large groups in the Restaurant, very nice food, great atmosphere and really lovely surroundings. Added bonus after the meal was a singer called Ben and disco -excellent. There were a lot of birthday parties going on, so it might be worth giving them a call. I thought that this was a members' only club, but you only have to join if you want to go into the casino, not the restaurants or bars.
