That easy Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Seasteading is the concept of creating permanent dwellings at sea, called seasteads, outside the territory claimed by the government of any standing nation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seasteading Its in its infancy but I dont see the idea ever appealing to me; a seastead could surely never be a sovereign, self contained place, so I would frequently feel compelled to go to the nearest mainland country which kind of defeats the object of it.
