Lots of faint scratches on bonnet

Police informed

Bloke came to look round it as it was for sale but drove off in it

any information much appreciated

My freind started the car for him to listen to the engine the man then simply just jumped in it and drove off he was aprox 5ft10 about 25 years old had sevarel tattoos around his neck short black hair. My freind is offering a small cash reward for any information or its return any help greatly apreceated thanks
