I manage my own properties nowadays but I have heard glowing reports about Winder Watts from both landlords and tenants, don't think they manage student properties though. Their estatge agent rep was unpolite, had no idea about what I was looking for etc and was a numpty. I actually rung up to complain about him, the person I spoke to didn't care. Avoid like plague. If you go into the office you're treated like a huge inconvenience. Mind you the same can be said about all letting agencies; tennants are scum, was always thus and always thus shall be.
