I know of several people who havehad 3 points for illegal tints, they are cracking down more than you think I have to add, I LOLd at the individual who insisted on doing it yourself. Why would one do it themselves, if they want someone else to do it? Tints are not easy, especially if you want a good job with no bubbles etc. I always laugh at cars with poor DIY tint jobs, it's naff!

I can't disagree regarding how many numpy students (I was a student too so I don't hate them) that wander the road is unbelievable. They don't look for cars, they simply walk out on the main road, and walk very very slowly! I swear, they are like little kids that have zero street sense.

Untrue, I went to Silverdale and I know they provide good support for children with Dyslexia. One kid in class had Dyslexia, and they always provided him with extra support

Well, if you take a Marxist perspective, you will find that it's to do with post modernism. We now have what's called subcultural groups being created For example in school, you have your Emos, Goths, 'Cool guys' etc. It's an identity that one feels they belong to Now, turf wars is very similar, but it is a subcultural group within post codes. We can blame the Americans for a lot of this culture, but what will that do? Quotes like "I'll get my strap/glock" . Media glorifying gang culture. Further to this, dysfunction family behaviour can be added too This is on a smaller scale, so from county to county war to post code wars..

I can't disagree with this, but then the question is why is there such as dysfunction in parts of society. The London riots is a good example, but all race and creed was involved in that, so in truth it's not just 'ethnic minorities'.
