roobydoo
Try using Mozilla firefox instead of internet explorer, my internet explorer always freezes, but Mozilla is ok
Stomp
This isnt a problem with your internet connection, it is a local problem with your PC/Laptop. Try using Chrome/Safari/Firefox/A N Other browser instead of IE and see how you get on.
gillybear
Try running malwarebytes, Uninstall any search bars, and post in the computer forum for more help.
Ghozer
Run Internet Explorer in safe mode/no add-ons (Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools) Then you can go to Options > Add-Ons and disable almost everything.. this is the most ikely cause of it freezing up.. Ryan'Biz
Are you on sky broadband also they could have dropped your speed, my neighbours is with sky and they cant connect also, managed to do a speed check,0.11 Even if they have dropped the speed this won't affect the "not responding" problem Its using too much memory and has to "stop" itself for awhile to get going again.. As above use Chrome etc maybe work better for you
