So my mate came round earlier and was whinging that she hadn't found a decent bloke. After a few suggestions off me about friends of my fella, she said she wanted a bloke with money so he could buy her lots of nice things - very superficial I know. She then went on to say there are dating sites which specialised in rich male members! I couldn't believe what she was saying. Is this true? And how many booked would actually sign up for it?

Whenever I log on to a Yahoo news story & read the comments below, there's always a comment completely unrelated to the story (could be about riots, whaling, scams, celeb gossip) from a site advertising itself saying "Join our site & meet wealthy singles", or "Join our site & meet gorgeous girls". Usually the comments get hidden as they get so many thumbs down from other readers.

They're probably scam sites anyway ready to take the subscription fee, so your mate signs up to a site for gold diggers, & ends up getting fleeced herself. Rough justice

I saw one on some chat show some time ago...golddiggers i think it was called... disgusting in my opinion...there was a woman on the show who was displaying all the gifts she had been bought by the men... no prizes for guessing they type of woman she was....

I've no problem with hookers, or men that want to pay for their services. I do feel sad for the men who end up with gold diggers for partners. I can't help but think that their self esteem must be at rock bottom.
