Phone your own vet there will be a recorded message for one.

If you ring your vets, even though it is out of hours, I think they will have a message with the emergancy number for you

if you phone your normal vet number it will probably put you through. if you have insurance it might be best to phone them first ... they will advise and ok it re using emergency. peak have a 24 hour emergency number i think. depends where you are.

Hi - just an update on Millie the poorly kitten, unfortunately we have had to put her down. Had a very emotional day yesterday so couldn't update.

Oh dear I did wonder if that was the outcome, poor Millie and poor you its a very upsetting time and I am sure that most people in the group have been there and understand how you are feeling right now .
