no good now, i was desperate! there was nothing telling me this.

 

Very true, when I was there I asked in gift shop, the woman in there directed me to the other toilets and when I got to them they had a notice on saying out of order.

i am not surprised that it has shut down. the last time that i went there with my family. i found the staff to be extremely rude, and service slow.

 

I agree I found the staff rude and I stopped going in there when I was accused of smoking in the toilets (in front of my children!) by one of the staff!! I don't even smoke! When I phoned to complain the owner/manager said there was nothing he could do! I hope it opens up again with a more community feel and friendlier service.

Hi there,

The cafe has now been open for a good few weeks and needs encouraging. Very nice staff although I dont think the cakes are as sumptuous as they were before.
