With the mail being the property of the queen until it reaches your door, does the queen give the orders to the police to tell the postman not to deliver to a certain street because of filming? I also heard that Black Cabs have a bi-law that there supposed to carry a bail of hay in the back for the horse that has not been taken out yet? but you dont see many cabbies loseing there badge over it. tell you what, Prove it!
