Tipex   10 #25 Posted January 7, 2010 You doing well? I've never really done a diet properly before, because I always lack motivation, but i'm not struggling at all this time strangely.  Ok nat bin the word 'Diet' replace it with 'sensible eating' when u first start a diet, don't totally cut everything out, as it will leave you climbing the walls for certain foods. Nataliie   10 #26 Posted January 7, 2010 Ok nat bin the word 'Diet' replace it with 'sensible eating' when u first start a diet, don't totally cut everything out, as it will leave you climbing the walls for certain foods.  I already noticed I've been craving EVERYTHING I can't have . How long should it sensibly/healthily take to lose a stone do you think? Ah, this is going to take a lonnnnnnng time.
 Share this content via...

Shef_Fitness   10 #28 Posted January 8, 2010 Have any of you seen the Channel 4 Programme, the big diet, hosted by Anna Richardson (I think thats her name)  There are some suprising results with the food, for example some of the Food KFC sells is less in calories than seemingly more healthy options that are on the market.  I can still never understand how people can be misled by food labelling. Some Choc bars on the labels say they are high in fibre, or have other benefits yet clearly in the small print it clearly tells the consumer how many calories are in the product. How people can say its misleading is beyond me.
 Share this content via...
