I got one! It asked me spell "beach" so I spelled "beach" and it said that is incorrect, it's "beech".

I scored 14/15. I got 'indolent' wrong and spelt it with an 'a' instead of an 'e'. Oh well, at least I know now.

 

I'm probably one of the few people who likes to be corrected on their spelling.

I was caught out by castellated the first time round, but some of the words are really hard to hear aren't they? In a real spelling bee you can ask them to repeat and you can at least tell the difference between a 'th', an 'm' and an 'n'. On one go I thought they asked for 'boon' or 'boom', but they were apparently asking for 'booth'.

Darn English accents! I kept mistaking the words being said. I should have used the hints.

 

 

 

But I got them all right -- three times in a row -- on the Multiple Choice.
