I know Sheffield roads consist of many hills but what is the steepest? Does anyone know for certain.

I don't know how to describe but its the road down Gleadless Road, it might be Myrtle Road, but there is a steep hilly road there about 10 something downhill steep. :o

And its right where the Miller houses are (I think thats the name of the estate).

I'd guess Hagg Hill. I once shagged my break pads trying to slow down as I hit the descent too fast!

I have seen Prospect Place,Bradway mentioned but has anyone walked up Prospect Road at Heeley? The bit just after the Sheaf View,it's only short but heavy on the legs!

Don't know if it comes under the classification of a Sheffield road, as it's just past Lodge Moor, but Lodge Lane has got to be the steepest, windiest road ever.

And stop complaining about pushing prams and stuff. Sheffield is a city of hills. That's just the way it goes. If you don't like it, don't live here.
