hsb98c
I'm a little disapointed that it's gone over the 2K mark, but can see why. I could live without the video mode as I really want this for wedding work (low noise, high ISO) but I guess it's seen as the next step. I suppose I'll need to start saving harder! *Blue*
Can't say I'm impressed/interested/want the video mode. To be honest I could live without some of the things now being put in camera's.....live view & sensor cleaning being two of them.
jezzyjj
I'd say those 3 functions are well overdue. Sensors get dirty, no matter how much care you take. Live view lets you shoot from more awkward positions and accurately to boot. Video with a FF sensor is something that will have a lot of people very excited, me being one of them, plus it's part of the future of professional photography. Focuspoint
The video option surprises me. Its a stills camera for pros why would you want video? The only use I could possibly see, is to use it to show potential locations for clients.
jezzyjj
Just as well you aren't in charge od new ideas then isn't it! Besides some people will simply buy to make films with.

I can imagine that a few Stock Photographers might venture into Stock Video (for example at http://www.istockphoto.com/video.php ) - so whilst getting stock photos of things, do a video whilst there. Could be quite good idea thinking abut it My photos on flickr
