superchantty
Yes I work up at Fulwood as well, and the milk was still there when I left for home at 4:30pm. Can't understand it surely the milk man would have reported it to the police that he been hi - jacked, then people would ring the dairy to say they have'nt received their milk, maybe the police don't know where the milk is. I may ring them if its still there to-morrow, but it may be well cottage cheese by then.
JonnyRandom
He could have just broken down and been towed away, unloaded the stock to be collected later.

Jenny2910
This is our milkman - Steve Tankard. Two black youths ambushed him about 530 on Monday morn at the top of Crimicar Lane - knocked him to the ground, then stole his milk van. He knows the milk is there - police dealing with it. They found his van in Gleadless. Police think they had been to a party and just wanted to get home. He's ok - just a bit shook up. No damage to his van just the inconvenience of having to rent another one in the meantime and the loss of his collections book.
