cgksheff
No signs to say different? Built-up area? Street lights? 30 mph!
whiteley
Its 30 mhp. Got caught on there a few years ago doing 37 so be careful
the peggsta
30mph, there aren't any signs on my street either but as it's a built up area (ie-houses on both sides of street) then the highway code states it's 30mph unless there are signs stating otherwise. Farmboy
It's a 30 and it's a favourite spot for detector vans. Most people driving up and down there are fairly wise to it though so if you see a car coming towards you with it's headlights flashing just check your speed as there's probably a speed check van ahead. Or just learn to drive properly, so you know you're under the limit anyway and don't need to be warned or to make any checks.

But you'll never see it in the published list of detector van locations in the Star or on their website...........

Maybe it's just where they go for loooong lunches. Nice view over-looking the park, lots of trees and greenery etc.

Since when has giving people advice on how to dodge speeding tickets been viewed as sanctimonious?
