Reminiscing about food we used to eat as kids. Used to love these but can't seem to find them anymore. Tried Morrisons and Tesco to no avail. Without wanting to trawl everyshop in Sheffield can somebody in the know point me in the right direction.

If you drive down the Dronfield Bypass early in the morning you generally see 2 or 3 in the outside lane.

You need to act quickly because the crows have normally had them by 8.30

....... My only gripe is the usage of the term "Scotch" it should be "Scottish" Costco use it on a few of their beef products, part of their American origins I suppose.

Not wanting to scotch your gripe, but ...

'Scotch' used to be used commonly, even by 'Scots'.

Today it is still, perfectly, acceptable for many consumables;

Scotch Eggs

Scotch Whisky

Scotch Beef

Scotch Broth

etc.

If only you knew me.

Why do you come on here?

Nothing constructive in any of your posts.

You do however have the magical power to judge someone by the food they ate as kids. Amazing!!

Sorry if I am attempting to angage you in some sort of dialogue.

We've got some of those in our freezer, great with mushroom, toms and chilli sauce in a pitta bread. My only gripe is the usage of the term "Scotch" it should be "Scottish" Costco use it on a few of their beef products, part of their American origins I suppose.

americans actually dont call them scotch steaks or steak canadian, they refer to them as sliced steaks or "steakumms" - which is a brand name.
