Cut throat or wet shave?

I want to find somewhere that does a good wet shave to buy a voucher as a stocking filler for my partner as he's always wanted one, but don't know where to start. Can anyone help me?

There is/was a hairdressers on Abbeydale Road (opposite Sweeny) that did them.

 

But you realy need a propper barbers shop, though I can't think of any in Sheffield that still do it.

 

I do know one in Toronto.

I think there may also be a place on West Street that does it, I can remember reading an article possibly in the star about a guy who's being doing it there for years.
