I think you should go for canon EOS450D I have been using this from last 5 months and found that it takes very good quality images , the battery life is also good

I think You should go for fujifilm S1500 digital camera ,it fits in ypur bdget and also meets you requirement I have used thi one ,Takes exellent quality images,with superb zoom the battery life is also good

Recently I heard about the watch phone in market ,This means it would be like a watch tied in wrist but it would be a phone . I think this would be the better option to fool the school athourities

i think you should go for Fujifilm Finepix Z33WP Digital Camera It has 10MP, 3x Optical Zoom,the battery life is very good It takes exellent quality pictures It is also easy to connect to pc and easy to get used to .
