I'm also looking for a window cleaner, but for Chapeltown. What's the typical charge for a 2 bedroom house? I've never had to find a window cleaner before, when I lived in Newcastle there was a guy who came around and just did them and put a card through your door.

I have a Acer Revo, similar to the one posted above, running XBMC (http://xbmc.org/). I stream all my media from a Synology DS211J (http://www.ebuyer.com/247319-synology-ds211j-2-bay-nas-enclosure-ds211j) This has 2 hard-drives running in RAID1, so all data is backed up. It is an expensive solution but it plays everything I throw at it and I have very little risk of losing anything.

This is a bit of a generalisation! I moved to Sheffield 6 years ago to go to Uni here. I've found that the majority of students are polite and well mannered, however you do get the odd group that have been mothered all the lives then get into the big wide world and just go crazy. I used to prefer going out in the week on student nights cause there was a lot less trouble than on weekends (especially embrace, don't go there any more!)
